Description/Blazon
On a field horizontally divided evenly through the center, dark blue and light blue, a white star within two gold live oak branches, arched inwardly, stems crossed at base, both images adapted from the Texas state seal, represents the origin as the band of the 24th Infantry at Fort McKavett, Texas.  Displayed at base six bars, three on each side of the branches, denoting the band's campaign credits.  All below a white tripled folded scroll inscribed "291ST ARMY BAND" in dark blue.

The band regalia were authorized on 23 June 2011.
